The performance of the equipment at 220V and 380V does not differ. 220V equipment consumes 10% more electricity. This is due to the fact that asynchronous motors that are used in our equipment initially all operate from 3 phases (i.e. 380V). They can be converted to 220V using a capacitor. When working through a capacitor, asynchronous motors lose about 10% efficiency, and also become somewhat less reliable. Therefore, we recommend switching from phase 1 to phase 3 whenever possible. But, if this is not possible, you can also work on phase 1 (220V). It does not affect the performance!
